We also collect client and lead data that you upload or input into the Service in the course of using it, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your leads.
Client and lead data entered into Kaizen CRM by you remains your data. Kaizen processes this data solely to provide the Service — including automated texting, calling, and scheduling — and does not sell client or lead data to third parties.
Kaizen CRM is built on the GoHighLevel platform and relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and telecom carriers for SMS/voice delivery under 10DLC registration. These providers process data as necessary to deliver their respective services and maintain their own privacy and security practices.
We retain account and client data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, billing, or compliance purposes, unless you request earlier deletion where permitted by law.
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data stored within the Service. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted or stored information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at support@thekaizencrm.com. Leads and clients contacted through the Service may opt out of communications at any time, consistent with TCPA requirements.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
